T1 :
A dedicated phone connection supporting data rates of 1.544Mbits per second. A T-1 line actually consists of 24individual channels, each of which supports 64Kbits per second. Each 64Kbit/second channel can be configured to carry voice or data traffic. Most telephone companies allow you to buy just some of these individual channels, known as fractional T-1 access.
T3 :
T3 is a leased line connection that is capable of carrying data at 44,736,000 bits-per-second (44.7 Mbps). This is more than enough to do full-screen, full-motion video. A T-3 line actually consists of 672 individual channels, each of which supports 64 kbps. Also equivalent to 28 T1 lines.
DS3 :
DS3=Digital Signal 3. It refers to the speed of a digital signal and is used to classify capacities of digital lines and trunks. DS-3, which is a designation used in North America and Japan, is the equivalent of 28 T-1 channels, operating at a total signaling rate of 44.736 Mbps.
